Our site has three forms that collect personal information directly from you:
- Quote request — name, phone number, email, desired service type and the address where the service is needed.
- Job application (Careers) — name, email, phone number, cover letter and resume (PDF or Word file).
- Customer review — name, service received, comment and, if you wish, a photo.

The information collected is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your quote requests and contact you about them;
- Review your application if you apply for a position;
- Display your review on the site, after approval by our team;
- Improve our services and the quality of our relationship with you.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. It is only shared with team members directly involved in processing your request.
Retention
Your information is kept only for as long as necessary to process your request or application, or for as long as you remain a customer, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
